Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operation Manager for E‑Commerce to lead end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring timely order processing and compliance with SLAs. The role requires strong leadership, WMS familiarity, and a focus on process efficiency.

You will drive inventory control, coordinate logistics, and manage budgets while upholding health and safety standards. Immediate start preferred for qualified candidates in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial roles within warehouse or distribution.
• Experience with WMS or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate operational KPI reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.
• Lead and monitor team performance, ensuring efficiency and SLA adherence.
• Handle client interactions related to operational issues, reporting, and stock management.
• Drive continuous improvement in storage layout and process efficiency.
• Source and manage procurement of packaging materials, equipment, and tools.
• Manage HR functions including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop warehouse design improvements, product flow systems and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations and legal requirements.

• Develop and recommend warehouse design improvements, product flow systems, and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and legal requirements.
• Preferably candidates with experience in fast-paced e-commerce warehouse operations and those who are available to start immediately.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate operational reports (KPI tracking, productivity metrics, etc.).
