Job summary

Upscale Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a Warehouse Manager / Senior Warehouse Manager to lead a busy warehouse operation. This role covers both traditional logistics and high-volume e-commerce fulfilment, with accountability for inventory accuracy, safety and cost-effective service delivery.

You will manage inbound/outbound processes, supervise warehouse staff, optimize workflows, and partner with logistics providers to meet customer SLAs and KPIs in a fast-paced, on-site

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with several years in a managerial or senior leadership capacity.
• Strong preference for experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, contract logistics or large-scale warehousing operations.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfilment, high-volume order processing and multi-client warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Candidates based in Sabah or willing to relocate to Kota Kinabalu.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, loading and outbound dispatch.
• Manage operations supporting traditional logistics and e-commerce fulfilment activities to meet SLAs.
• Ensure orders and shipments are processed accurately within turnaround times.
• Plan workflow, manpower, equipment and resources according to volume and requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock integrity through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coach and develop team members while upholding safety and SOPs.
