Gocross Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Diploma or Degree student to support event outreach and e-commerce tasks. Responsibilities include inviting clients to events, following up on leads, and updating tracking sheets.

The role also covers Alibaba.com listing uploads and light copywriting for listings and social media captions. Ideal candidates are friendly, comfortable on the phone, with basic Word/Excel/WhatsApp skills and fluency in English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree student in any field is welcome.
• Friendly and not afraid to pick up the phone.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and WhatsApp are expected.
• Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
• Available for minimum 3 months.
