Job summary

BeanSE Group in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Support Executive to assist the marketing team with design, content creation, and social media management.

You will update the website and social channels, coordinate marketing materials, and help track sales metrics, targets, and campaign performance.

On‑the‑job training provided; five days a week from 10:00 to 17:00, with medical benefits and OT pay as needed.

Qualifications

• Languages required: Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written).
• Experience in web design or page management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate marketing materials like brochures, banners, and social media ads.
• Maintain and update the website and social media platforms.
• Brainstorm and produce advertising content and videos.
• Learn products and sales terms, features, returns, and warranties.
• Set and achieve sales department targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan strategies.
• Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
• Track business trends such as monthly sales.
• Support clients and prospects on project status.
• Source prospective customers and new segments.
• Provide admin support to the sales team and manage databases.
• Coordinate sales activities like appointments and meetings.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Communicate with internal departments.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Experience in Adobe Photo-shop, Canva or any photo or video editing software is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate for design of marketing material such as brochures, banner, advertisement for social media, web page etc
• Maintaining and update the web page and social media platform periodically
• Brainstorm new and creative content to produce advertising material or videos
• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return, and warranty policies).
• Set and achieve targets for the sales department.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies.
• Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
• Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates.
• Monitor competition and follow current developments.
• Supporting and follow-up on clients and prospects project status.
• Find prospective customers and new target segments.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
• Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and following up on sales leads.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
