Shun Digitals (by Aiki Technologies) builds the software that runs business events in Malaysia — online registration, on-site check-in, and lucky draw systems. We are a small team, so you will work directly with the founder.

This phone-first sales role focuses on outbound prospecting to event organisers and related verticals, qualification, and booking demo appointments. You will keep CRM up to date, join demo calls, and receive a full-time offer if performance meets targets.

Responsibilities

• Build target lists of event organisers, exhibition companies, PR and event agencies, associations, and corporate teams
• Make 20–30 outbound calls daily to reach decision makers
• Qualify prospects: events, attendees, timelines, current systems
• Book demo appointments for founder and senior sales
• Follow up via WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
• Maintain CRM accuracy daily
• Join demo calls and site visits to understand deal closure
• Support proposal and quotation preparation
• Report daily call, connect and appointment metrics

Job description

This is a phone-first sales role focused on building target lists and making outbound calls to event organisers, exhibition companies, PR and event agencies, associations, and corporate HR and marketing teams to qualify prospects and book demo appointments.

Key responsibilities

Build target lists of event organisers, exhibition companies, PR and event agencies, associations, and corporate HR and marketing teams

Make 20–30 outbound calls a day to reach the person who decides on event technology

Qualify prospects — what events they run, how many attendees, when, and what system they use now

Book demo appointments for the founder and senior sales to close

Follow up consistently by WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn

Keep the CRM accurate and up to date every day

Join demo calls and site visits to see how deals actually get closed

Support proposal and quotation preparation

Report your daily call, connect and appointment numbers
