Job summary

Speed Auto Parts & Accessories Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking an online sales/e-commerce candidate. Experience handling e-commerce or online platforms is an added advantage, and ability to communicate in Mandarin is beneficial.

Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, or Instagram is preferred, along with good communication and customer service skills. Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,600 plus KPI Allowance RM200.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling e-commerce or online platforms is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, or Instagram is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic photo or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in online sales or e-commerce are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce and online platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and recommend the correct and suitable parts based on their needs.
• Handle return parcels and coordinate the return process.
• Assist with daily online sales and customer service activities.
• Monitor and maintain product listings across online platforms.
• Perform other sales and e-commerce-related duties as assigned.
