Job summary

Sun Jiang Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic e-commerce coordinator for a 5-month contract in Selangor. You will manage Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop/Shopify storefronts, optimize listings, and plan campaigns to drive online sales.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate stock and fulfilment, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visuals and campaigns. Strong Excel skills and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Proficient with common e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).
• Good analytical, numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Canva or similar design tools are a plus.
• Able to commit to the full 5-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or company websites.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and platform mega-sales.
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance and other KPIs.
• Coordinate stock availability, orders, delivery issues, returns, and refunds with warehouse/ops.
• Manage marketplace advertisements to improve traffic and sales.
• Work with marketing/design teams on banners, visuals, social content, and launches.
• Respond to customer enquiries, reviews, and platform issues as required.
• Conduct competitor, pricing, product, and market analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
• Liaise with platform account managers and participate in campaigns.
• Support new product launches and identify opportunities to boost revenue.
• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate across channels.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
