You will respond to customer inquiries, maintain CRM data, and coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth operations. There are opportunities to manage Sitegiant listings for Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service and product information.

Responsibilities
