Job summary

KAI YIT ENTERPRISE SDN BHD in Balakong, Selangor seeks an E-Commerce Executive to manage online stores, optimize product listings and support growth of the e-commerce business. You will handle marketplace operations, promotions, content creation and basic media production to drive online sales.

You will work with the management team to enhance product visibility, customer engagement and sales performance across major platforms.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of product photography and video creation.
Comfortable using a smartphone to take product photos and videos.
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other simple editing tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of online marketplace operations.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills to analyze advertising performance data and optimize campaigns.
Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable in a sales- and target-driven environment.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in e-commerce are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
Create and maintain product listings with titles, descriptions, images, videos, pricing and promos.
Take simple product photos and videos.
Create basic product demonstration videos and short-form content for online platforms.
Edit product photos and videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
Monitor daily sales, orders, traffic, conversion rates and store performance.
Plan and execute online promotions, vouchers, bundles, platform ads and campaigns.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfilment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Respond to customer enquiries, reviews and product questions.
Monitor competitors, pricing and market trends.
Analyze e-commerce performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Work with management to improve online sales and store performance.
Assist with livestreaming and other digital marketing activities (affiliates and video creators).
