Job summary

HEY ROCKET PTE LTD is seeking a Platform Operations Executive in Malaysia to manage day-to-day platform operations, reporting, QA and process governance. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy, consistent processes and timely delivery of insights.

The role focuses on platform onboarding, SKU maintenance, data entry and continuous process improvement, with a hybrid work arrangement in Kuala Lumpur. 2–4 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Operations, Information Systems, E-commerce or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in platform operations, e-commerce operations, quality assurance or similar roles.
• Experience with marketplace, e-commerce, product information management or ERP platforms is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, reporting and quality control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with workflow or automation tools (Power Automate) or BI dashboards is a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports across different business functions.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and operational data.
• Analyze reports to identify errors, gaps and areas for improvement.
• Provide operational insights to support business and team performance.
• Ensure reporting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Support day-to-day platform operations and monitor ongoing workflows.
• Assist with seller onboarding, platform setup and operational processes.
• Perform SKU maintenance, product updates and system data maintenance.
• Support governance and compliance checks across platform operations.
• Document workflows and participate in process improvement initiatives.
