Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years in platform operations.
• Experience setting up systems, workflows or processes from scratch.
• Hands-on with catalogue management or platform operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day platform operations and BAU monitoring
• Perform quality checks across platform activities to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance
• Monitor operational performance and identify issues, gaps and areas for improvement
• Establish validation checks and controls to maintain data and operational accuracy
• Ensure platform processes are followed consistently and effectively
• Set up and establish new systems, workflows and operational processes from scratch
• Design and document end‑to‑end workflows for catalogue management, seller onboarding, order management and reporting
• Develop SOPs, process guidelines and governance standards for new and existing processes
• Work with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical operational workflows
• Review and optimise existing processes to improve efficiency and scalability
