Job summary

Involve Asia Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level Operations Executive for Platform Operations & Validation to support day-to-day platform operations, including offer approval, commission settings and manual conversion uploads.

The role ensures affiliate conversion and payout data are accurate, participates across entities to maintain proper records, and identifies improvements in processes for a data-driven, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in affiliate marketing, platform operations, ad operations or data validation is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with large volumes of transaction data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies.
• Operational mindset with an interest in making processes more efficient.
• Proactive about identifying automation and process-improvement opportunities, even without a technical background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets; formulas, pivot tables, or basic automation tools are a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities across different entities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, update and check commission settings based on approved terms and ensure accurate configuration.
• Validate and verify affiliate conversions and payout data against advertiser records and rules.
• Identify discrepancies or errors in conversion and payout data and resolve with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Tracking & Protection, Finance and other teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor pending platform and validation activities and meet required timelines.
• Follow SOPs and flag areas for clarification or standardisation across entities.
• Support audits and ad hoc reporting with accurate records and documentation.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose improvements such as formulas, templates or simple automations.
• Leverage tools to improve speed, accuracy and consistency of operations.
• Contribute to project work like new initiatives or process improvements while maintaining day-to-day duties.
• Maintain documentation of processes, workflows and controls.
