Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Ensure all product information, visuals, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor daily platform health to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute campaign setups across platforms, including voucher creation, bundles, GWP configuration, and price updates.
• Upload and schedule campaign banners and landing pages.
• Handle customer inquiries across all e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to queries related to orders, products, delivery, and promotions.
• Manage order issues such as delays, cancellations, returns, and refunds; escalate complex cases.
• Track campaign and platform performance daily; prepare basic reports on sales and traffic.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness of assets, inventory, and timelines.
• Assist with website updates and coordinate with developers to troubleshoot basic issues.
