MCM Group in Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and inventory control to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service, support sales reps, monitor stock, prepare shipping documents, and report on key metrics. Fluency in Chinese is required to assist Mandarin-speaking customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations with ERP/Inventory experience.
• Fluent in Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfillment and inventory control.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and customer service to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents and receipts; monitor stock daily.
