Job summary

EVOLVIA CAPITAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented person to process and print online orders from e-commerce platforms, verify order details, coordinate with the warehouse, and monitor daily status.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets is required. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred and training plus bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree or above in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Management, Accounting or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and print online orders from e-commerce platforms.
• Verify order details and ensure accuracy before order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely packing and shipment.
• Monitor daily order status, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Update product information, stock levels, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, and operational documents.
• Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
