Job summary

TYESO is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online stores across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. You will maintain product listings, implement pricing and promotions, and register for platform campaigns, ensuring timely updates for launches.

Ideal candidates are organized, with experience on e-commerce platforms and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of online campaigns, promotions, and e-commerce trends.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and campaign performance.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Store Management: Maintain stores across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify; manage listings, SKUs, prices, and information.
• Campaign & Promotion Coordination: Implement pricing, vouchers, discounts, bundles, and ensure promotions are correctly set up.
• Stock & Operational Coordination: Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Admin to resolve discrepancies.
• Platform Support & Performance Reporting: Handle platform issues, promotions, and compile sales data for review.
