Job summary

Dyna Source Sdn Bhd is seeking a versatile Digital Marketing/ E-commerce coordinator to manage backend operations for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and our website. You will upload listings, update pricing, run promotions and monitor stock while coordinating with warehouse teams for smooth fulfillment.

You will also manage social media content, create engaging captions and basic marketing visuals, and support campaigns to boost engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Ability to plan content, promotions and campaigns across social media channels.
• Strong skills in image, caption writing and basic marketing artwork.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools and CapCut for video content.

Responsibilities

• Oversee backend of e-commerce platforms and update product information, pricing and stock.
• Coordinate vouchers, promotions, campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Monitor orders, returns and customer issues to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Plan monthly social media content and engage with followers.
• Create promotional content and basic artwork for campaigns.
• Track sales performance and suggest improvements to drive orders.
• Support marketing activities and coordinate with partners as needed.
