Job summary

FOCUS ELECTRICAL MALAYSIA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a versatile E-Commerce operations assistant to manage product listings, process orders, coordinate with the warehouse, and support campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcomed, with exposure to platforms like Shopee and Lazada considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings (title, description, price, attributes, images).
• Upload new SKUs and ensure accuracy of product information.
• Assist in improving product content for better visibility and conversion.
• Check and process daily orders across all platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse team for packing and shipment.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Follow up on courier issues such as returns, failed deliveries, or delayed shipments.
• Assist in packaging and delivery when needed
• Respond to customer inquiries, chat messages, and comments within SLA.
• Assist with after-sales issues (refund, return, exchange, incorrect items).
• Maintain good seller ratings and customer satisfaction scores.
• Update stock levels for e-commerce platforms to avoid overselling.
• Work with warehouse team on stock count and replenishment.
• Highlight fast-moving / low-stock items to the manager.
• Assist in preparing platform campaigns, vouchers, and bundle deals.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce Manager for monthly sales campaigns.
• Upload promotional banners, adjust prices, and ensure correct timing of campaign activation.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged, experience in e-commerce operations is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
