Job summary

Sunrise Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-commerce coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to manage product listings across multiple platforms, process daily orders, and track inventory. You will support customer inquiries and assist with administrative tasks for the e-commerce team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in e-commerce or digital marketing, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Product Listing Management: Upload, update, and maintain product listings across the company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, eBay).
• Order Processing: Monitor and process daily online orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely fulfilment.
• Inventory Tracking: Track stock levels, update availability on all sales channels, flag low-stock/overstock items.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints via email, chat, or marketplace messaging; handle returns and refunds.
• General Administration: Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the e-commerce team as needed.
