Job summary

Aik Huat Hardware Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive E-commerce Specialist to manage all online platforms, drive sales, and optimize campaigns. You will create product listings, run daily checks, and develop strategies to grow traffic and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing, strong analytics, and the ability to collaborate with external partners. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other online marketplaces.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and directly manage all e-commerce platforms and online activities to drive sales and acquire traffic, including daily platform maintenance, campaign execution, and price updates.
• Prepare and create product listings on the e-commerce platform; perform daily website checks for functionality.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategy including marketing tools and campaigns.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, conversion rate, traffic reporting with forecasts and market insights.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to plan and optimize brand exposure, campaigns and programs.
• Analyze past campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with latest e-commerce trends to increase online sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and directly manage all e-commerce platforms and online activities to drive sales and acquire traffic, including daily platform maintenance, campaign execution, and price updates.

Prepare and create product listings on the e-commerce platform. Ensure functionality on a daily basis by doing website checks.

Develop and implement e-commerce strategy which may include, marketing tools, marketing campaigns. .

Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc. Including forecasting, sales/order, and useful market insights to the leadership team.

Work closely with various external stakeholders to plan and optimize our existing e-commerce brands exposure, campaign and program.

Analyze past campaigns in order to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends/marketing strategies and execution in order to increase online sales

Job Specification
