Job summary

Organic Home Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join our Digital & Search Marketing team. This full-time role focuses on driving online sales, managing e-commerce operations, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will develop and execute strategies to enhance our digital presence, optimise platforms like Lazada and Shopee, analyse performance data, and collaborate with product, design and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or a related field.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online sales roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Lazada or Shopee.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations, improved user experience and increased conversion rates.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search engines and social media channels to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor, analyse and report on key e-commerce metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Collaborate with product, design and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
• Manage product listings, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximise visibility and sales.
