Job summary

EAD SDN BHD is seeking an proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow online sales channels, maintain product listings, process orders, and coordinate promotions for a smooth customer experience. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication skills across Malaysia’s ecommerce platforms.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to monitor stock, optimize listings, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Training and development provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and company websites.
• Process and monitor online orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory information is accurate.
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and images are updated and accurate.
