Anverson Nutraceutical Laboratories Sdn Bhd is seeking an Online Sales & Marketing Manager to drive digital growth across eCommerce platforms in Malaysia. You will own end-to-end customer journeys from awareness to purchase and retention, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI and revenue.

You will manage campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand websites, develop content strategies, and collaborate with KAMs, creative, and ads teams to boost conversions and online visibility.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital sales, or performance marketing.
• Proven success managing high-volume marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong data analysis to optimize ROI and conversions.

Responsabilités

• Manage online sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website and other eCommerce platforms.
• Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotions, bundles, vouchers and traffic activities.
• Monitor daily sales, conversion rate, traffic, ads performance and customer behaviour.
• Optimize product listings, PDP content, keywords, pricing and visibility.
• Work with KAMs for campaign participation and platform support opportunities.
• Develop online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and sales.
• Plan and manage content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu.
• Coordinate with creative, content, livestream, and affiliate teams to strengthen online presence.
• Manage paid ads including Meta, TikTok, and platform ads.
• Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, customer insights and marketing effectiveness.
