Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an energetic E-commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize online stores, websites and marketplace listings while coordinating with internal teams on product availability and updates.

You will plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email and social), craft promotional content, monitor analytics with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and apply data-driven AI insights to boost ROI and help the E-commerce lead with merchandising and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other online marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
• Proactive and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in evaluating and integrating AI solutions to boost marketing efficiency and creativity is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage and update company’s online store, website and marketplace listings
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing and stock levels
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability and updates
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost sales (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media etc.)
• Design and implement high-impact promotional campaigns to increase online sales
• Assist in planning content and creative assets for online promotions
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via online channels
• Data-driven monitoring of website and sales performance to provide ROI insights
