Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to oversee daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and the company website. You will create and optimize product listings, monitor orders and inventory, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth fulfillment and performance.

You will plan campaigns, promotions and sales events, track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and help identify opportunities to grow

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, company website).
• Create, update and optimize product listings with descriptions, images, pricing and promotions.
• Monitor orders, inventory and fulfillment; coordinate with warehouse and logistics.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions and sales events.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and other key metrics; prepare reports.

Job description

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and the company website.

Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.

Monitor orders, inventory levels, product availability, and fulfillment processes.

Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and sales events.

Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key e-commerce metrics.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback through online platforms when required.

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Support digital marketing activities, including social media, paid advertising, and marketplace campaigns.

Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and brand presentation are accurate and consistent across all online channels.

Work with marketplace representatives and external partners when necessary.

Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
