The role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, conducting root cause analyses, maintaining asset inventories, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset management plans and lifecycle strategies.
  • Monitor asset performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for asset replacement and upgrades.
  • Coordinate development of comprehensive master plans ensuring policy alignment.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for asset failures.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and improve asset availability.
  • Review and inspect works for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
  • Update asset information in CMMS / asset management systems.
  • Prepare technical reports, performance dashboards, and audit documentation.
  • Implement applicable processes, programs, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with DOSH, local authorities, federal/state regulations, and agency standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and inspections.
  • Support audits and certification processes.
  • Review development plans for compliance with engineering standards and good practices.
  • Manage asset refurbishment, upgrading, and replacement projects.
  • Obtain, evaluate, and structure project quotations/bids.
  • Recommend award decisions based on specification compliance.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and implementation.
  • Act as liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Attend meetings with building owners/clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor asset operating costs and maintenance expenses.
  • Prepare CAPEX and OPEX justifications.
  • Recommend cost optimization strategies.
  • Conduct site surveys and gather field data.
  • Participate in planning, coordination, construction, and maintenance of facilities.
  • Monitor operations and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Compliance & Risk Management
