You will own Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, images, and stock, while creating short-form videos and banners.

You will also optimize campaigns, handle customer inquiries across channels, and collaborate with the warehouse to keep orders running smoothly.

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing ( Yearly Increment + Bonus )

Kintex (KL) Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive team member to manage our online marketplaces and create engaging digital content. This role is perfect for someone who loves e-commerce, enjoys creating video and graphic content, and excels at supporting customers online.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management: Take full ownership of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Maintain 100% accuracy for product listings, pricing, image assets, and stock inventory levels.

Content Creation (Video & Visuals): Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Reels). Design static promotional banners, product infographics, and eye-catching social media posts.

Campaign Optimization: Set up and execute platform campaigns, store vouchers, flash sales, and double-digit mega sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11) to maximize store traffic and sales conversion.

Customer Service: Serve as the responsive voice of our brand across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp Business, handling inquiries, reviews, and chats professionally.

Order & Logistics Support: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure online orders are processed smoothly, inventory syncs accurately, and customer shipping queries are quickly resolved.

Requirements

Marketplace Experience: Practical, hands‑on experience using Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Sponsor Center, or TikTok Shop backend operations.

Content Skills: Proactive ability to film and edit short‑form videos (e.g., CapCut) and design graphics/banners (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Languages: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Work Style: High attention to detail, organized, self‑motivated, and possesses a strong "figure‑it‑out‑first" attitude.
