Job summary

Zent Circle Sdn Bhd is a beauty distribution company seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the company website, creating engaging content and coordinating livestreams to boost sales in nail and foot care.

The role requires a diploma/degree in marketing or related field, 2–4 years’ experience, hands-on with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop, and strong content creation with Canva and video editing skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or social media.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera.
• Basic Canva and video editing skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive working attitude.
• Able to analyse sales and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Zent Circle Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across e-commerce platforms, social media and livestream channels. You will be responsible for managing our Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and company website, creating engaging content, coordinating livestream sessions, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement in the beauty and professional nail and foot care industry.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and company website

Update product listings, pricing, promotions and campaign mechanics

Plan and execute marketplace campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and other promotional events

Monitor online sales, traffic, conversion and campaign performance

Coordinate with internal teams on stock, promotions and fulfilment

Manage day-to-day content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms

Plan monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns

Create engaging short-form content, including Reels, TikTok videos, product demonstrations and educational content

Plan and coordinate TikTok/Shopee livestream sessions and assist with or host livestreams

Support digital advertising and online promotional campaigns

About you

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, Business or related field

Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or social media
