You will own Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop operations, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, images, and stock, while creating short-form videos and banners.
You will also optimize campaigns, handle customer inquiries across channels, and collaborate with the warehouse to keep orders running smoothly.
Qualifikationen
- Hands-on experience managing Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop backend operations.
- Ability to film and edit short-form videos and design promotional graphics.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Aufgaben
- Own marketplace management for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop with accurate listings and stock.
- Plan, film, and edit short videos; design banners and infographics for social content.
- Set up campaigns, store vouchers, flash sales to boost traffic and conversions.
- Serve as the brand's online voice across channels and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse for smooth order processing and inventory sync.
