TCY ONLINE DISTRIBUTOR ENTERPRISE is seeking an eager Ecommerce Assistant to manage product listings, optimize postings on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Webstore and more via SiteGiant. You will craft engaging content for social media and respond to customer inquiries across platforms while supporting warehouse operations and data entry.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with a Diploma/ Degree in E-Commerce or related fields and requires English and BM proficiency.

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Education: SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in E-Commerce, Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics or English.
• Required languages: English and BM.
• Web savvy: Excel, Canva, MS Office, e-commerce, marketing, content writing, etc.
• Key traits: Initiative, attention to detail, problem-solving, creative and able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Personal qualities: Willing to learn, loyal, hardworking, integrity and GRIT.
• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce assistant is an advantage.
• Willing to work during weekend or OT during event day or when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Product Listing: Set Up, Upload and Optimize at online platform (shopee, tiktok, lazada, webstore and etc through sitegiant system).
• Manage Content: Craft and edit compelling content at online platforms & social media channels (capcut, canva, instagram, tiktok and etc).
• E-commerce Jack-of-All-Trades: Respond to customer inquiries on various platforms (online & offline), handle related paperwork (data entry, filing & documentation), manage warehouse operations (process orders, inventory & fulfilment), produce reports and complete ad-hoc tasks.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
