Job summary

Kita Kita Maju Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a friendly, motivated customer service specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. You will support shoppers across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada, helping them with product information, orders and delivery updates.

You’ll work independently, handle inquiries promptly, resolve issues and maintain high chat response rates, while collaborating with warehouse and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and positive store ratings.

Qualifications

• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Friendly, patient, responsible and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and resolve customer issues.
• Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
