SNF ONLINE in Malaysia is seeking a customer support-oriented professional to handle inquiries about products, assist via phone and email, and provide information on online platforms.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and demonstrates strong Excel skills, structured thinking, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
