Job summary

SIXPHY NATION in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a driven Full Time E-Commerce Admin to support online sales and customer service. You will manage orders, update product data, and assist with marketing content across our channels.

You will work with the team to improve processes, ensure accurate inventory, and provide outstanding service via email, phone and chat. The role requires at least 2 years in e‑commerce or customer service and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in e-commerce or customer service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Proficient with e-commerce platforms and editing tools CapCut/Canva.

Responsibilities

• Managing order processing and fulfilment.
• Providing customer service via email, phone and chat.
• Maintaining product information, inventory and sales data.
• Creating and scheduling marketing content for online channels.
• Content creation for product postings, marketing or social media.
• Collaborating to implement process improvements.
• Performing general administrative tasks for e-commerce operations.
