Job summary

Nigel Frank International is recruiting a Business Applications Manager in Kuala Lumpur to own the Dynamics 365 CRM & Business Central ecosystem, driving strategy, governance and improvements across ERP and Microsoft 365 platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technology solutions, and partner with Finance and HR to optimise processes and reporting. This is a senior leadership role with broad exposure to senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central in enterprise settings.
• Strong ERP/enterprise applications background with integration across Finance and HR.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience in governance, roadmap delivery and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance and delivery for the business applications landscape.
• Own Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central governance, optimization and support.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Drive automation and digital transformation across corporate functions.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution delivery, testing and change management.
