Job summary

Luxoft Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Release Management lead to join our technology centre and drive deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across environments. You will coordinate releases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts.

The role requires hands-on experience in release engineering, DevOps practices, and strong problem-solving, with a focus on governance and SDLC adherence to deliver reliable, scalable financial software.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Release Management, Deployment engineering, DevOps, or Dynamics 365 development.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Onboarding, Leads, Lending) or similar DevOps deployment.
• Experience managing application releases and deployments.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Experience with change management and release governance processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage application release and deployment activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Onboarding, Leads, and Lending applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment across environments.
• Support release management processes and deployment governance.
• Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams for successful releases.
• Perform deployment validations and post-release verification activities.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, and change records.
• Support environment management and application configuration activities.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with release standards and deployment best practices.
