ISI Markets in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and generate high quality pipeline. You will research targets, craft personalized outreach, and engage prospects across channels to open conversations and create opportunities.

You will collaborate with sales, research, and marketing to refine messaging, track activity in Salesforce, and continuously improve targeting across territories. Fresh grads welcome; 1 year of sales or BD preferred.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or other customer-facing roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to earn a reply and guide conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Own pipeline generation through outbound prospecting across territory via multi-channel outreach.
• Find a way by staying resilient and driving consistent pipeline building.
• Surface market insights to refine targeting and messaging.
