Job summary

Kuan Hoi Trading Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. You will promote our bathroom sanitary and plumbing products to new and existing customers, build lasting relationships, and contribute to revenue targets.

The role requires proactive outreach, accurate quotes and proposals, diligent record-keeping, and the ability to close deals while delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in trading, distribution or retail.
• Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and competitive.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain product features, prices and deals.
