The role requires proactive outreach, accurate quotes and proposals, diligent record-keeping, and the ability to close deals while delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, preferably in trading, distribution or retail.
Strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the sales team at Kuan Hoi Trading Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, offering an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop lasting client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential and existing customers, directly contributing to the company's revenue targets and market expansion objectives. This role requires a professional who can effectively identify sales opportunities, engage with clients, and close deals whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What you'll be doing

Greet every customer warmly and answer questions about product features, prices, and deals.
Presenting and demonstrating products and services to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
Preparing accurate sales quotes, proposals and documentation as required
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities and transaction details in the system
Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Meet or beat regular sales goals and target

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, ideally within a trading, distribution or retail environment
Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation through to closing deals
