Job summary

Prominent Access Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Sales & Project Coordinator to support our growing customer base and industrial projects. You will work with sales, operations and technical teams to ensure enquiries, quotations, orders and projects are followed through.

This role suits someone who communicates well, enjoys organizing work and seeks exposure to major industrial and MNC customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer service, administration or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via emails, calls and requests.
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and project progress.
• Coordinate projects with customers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Provide customers with updates on orders, site visits, installation and status.
• Support sales team with appointments, documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintain organised project records and customer information.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production and operations teams.
• Assist with after‑sales servicing and repeat enquiries.
