Job summary

Jasmine Food Corporation Sdn Bhd – Ipoh Branch is looking for a Sales Executive to drive daily order collection, payment collection, and customer support in Ipoh. You will manage credit limits, handle new customer onboarding, and report on product quality and complaints.

The role requires local travel, strong Bahasa Melayu communication, and the ability to work with a team under management guidance. Attractive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or 1–2 years of working experience.
• Strong written and oral communication in Bahasa Melayu.
• Oral skills in Mandarin and other dialects are a plus.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Collect orders from customers on a daily basis.
• Check and record product returns from customers.
• Collect payment from customers and manage credit limits.
• Prepare new customer applications.
• Report product quality and customer complaints.
• Handle other related matters as instructed by management.
