Job summary

Jasmine Food Corporation Sdn Bhd – Ipoh Branch is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and motivate the local sales team, drive targets, and execute merchandising and product plans.

The role requires 5+ years in FMCG, proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, willingness to travel, and strong interpersonal skills.

Working hours are weekdays with an attractive salary commensurate with experience, plus standard EPF/SOCSO/EIS benefits.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years working experience in FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Willingness to travel outstation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Coach the team on sales, merchandising, and product execution
• Monitor daily sales and team performance
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
• Develop sales strategies and expand the local market
• Monitor customer needs and market trends
• Analyze competitor products and activities
• Maintain good relationships with customers and local authorities
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
