You will work with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, contribute to menu development, and maintain a clean, orderly kitchen during each shift.

Qualifications

• Strong practical cooking skills across a variety of techniques and cuisines.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and proper food handling and storage practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff.
• Basic inventory and kitchen organization skills, including portion control and waste reduction.
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform role-specific physical tasks safely.
