Gannendo Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Line Cook / Kitchen Staff to join our fast-paced, hands-on team. The role offers both full-time and part-time options and focuses on delivering high-quality Japanese cuisine and outstanding dining experiences.

You will prepare and cook to exacting standards, keep a clean, organized kitchen, manage time efficiently, and work closely with colleagues to ensure prompt service while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a Japanese restaurant.
• Knowledge of traditional Japanese cooking techniques and flavours.
• Excellent knife skills and culinary presentation.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
