Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Talent acquisition experience a plus.
• Ability to manage time and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and candidate assessments.
• Oversee HR administration and benefits processing.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and metrics.
• Maintain employee records and SOPs.
• Greet and assist employees, candidates, and vendors.
