Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an Executive, HR Business Partner on a contract basis. You will handle HR transactions, payroll coordination, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance management administration for a fast-paced organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2–5 years' generalist HR experience; healthcare or service industries are a plus. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in human resource management or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR generalist or operations experience.
• Experience in healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR transactions including confirmations, transfers, contract renewals, and employee movements.
• Maintain accurate HR records and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with payroll services.
• Support benefits, leave and claims queries for employees.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding documentation.
• Administer performance appraisal cycles and maintain records.
• Prepare documentation for disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support HR reporting, manpower data, audits, and management reporting.
• Assist in HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training logistics and other HR operations tasks.
