Job summary

The Ixora Hotel Penang is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. You will manage shifts, coordinate check-ins/outs, handle guest inquiries, and monitor VIP arrivals and room allocations.

The role requires leading the Front Office team, maintaining a welcoming lobby, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations while upholding hotel policies and safety standards.
