Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations (rooms & public areas).
• Supervise and lead housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Plan staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, inventory, and cost control.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure rooms are ready, well-maintained, and available for sale.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain reports, SOPs, and departmental records.
