Job summary

Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Invoice Administrator to manage end-to-end invoice processing and payment requests within our shared services environment.

You will review vendor statements, follow up on outstanding items, prepare billing documents and expense reports, and support month-end closing with timely management reporting. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is essential to ensure accurate and compliant

• Manage invoice processing, payment requests, and related follow-ups.
• Review vendor/geography statements of account and follow up on outstanding or disputed items.
• Prepare and issue billing documents and expense reports as required.
• Support month-end closing and provide relevant information for management reporting.
• Respond to vendor/PF queries relating to invoices and payment matters.
• Support internal and external audits, process improvements, and other ad hoc projects.
