Deloitte Regional Services Center Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable collections specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for AR collections processes. You will handle inbound and outbound third-party collections calls, manage various types of collection queries, and participate in QA audits and new-hire training to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in AR collections processes and handle inbound and outbound third-party collections calls.
• Manage all types of collection calls and queries, and escalate and allocate work to team members as needed.
• Perform QA audits for the team, train new team members, and resolve queries related to the process.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures related to collections and related workflows.
