Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport coordination, driver management, or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with traffic control procedures, transport regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate orders to drivers accurately and timely.
• Oversee driver performance to ensure tasks are executed well.
• Maximize driver utilization for efficiency.
• Enforce driver discipline and compliance with policies.
• Ensure Transport Management System (TMS) is implemented to high standards.
• Coordinate with EHS for driver safety training in TMS and conduct weekly sessions.
